Global Settlement Implementers

Global Settlement Executors are external participants similar to quote oracles. They are the last line of defense in the DurovUSD Stablecoin system in case of an attack. A group of Global Settlement Executors, chosen by governance token holders, have the authority to run the global settlement process. Other than this authority, these actors do not have any additional special access or control rights in the system.
