Sensitivity parameter

The sensitivity parameter of the target rate feedback mechanism determines the magnitude of change in the target rate in response to fluctuations in the target/market price of DurovUSD.

This adjusts the rate of feedback depending on the scale of the system. Holders of the governance token can set the sensitivity parameter, but with the target rate feedback mechanism, the target price and target rate are determined by market dynamics rather than direct regulation by the holders.

The sensitivity parameter is also used to enable or disable the target rate feedback mechanism. If the sensitivity parameter and the target rate are zero, the DurovUSD rate is fixed at the current target price.
